Learner training
Well, we talk about learner taraining we think it is not strange word again for us. So let’s leave it. Here, the most important thing we need to know what are the alternatives to call learner training. Generally there are three alternatives to call learner trainig, there are:
1. To try to build software in such way that it adapt to the learner on number of different levels. Here include language proficiency, computer proficiency, learning time and ect.
2. To take the phylosophical poisition that learners have right to self discovery and that left alone they will naturrally move to the strategies that work for them and that are consonant with their learning style.
3. To acknowledge that learners would profit from training but that it is just too much trouble to train them since it abviously take a lot of time way from other aspects of language learning
Talking about training it is divided at least in two areas
1. Technical training
Here, training naturally includes general computer leteracy, but of greater interest here is learing techical skills and knowledege of particular values to language learning example , most video, video players and etc.
2. Pedagogical training
Here, training not just on techincal aspects but also on pedagogical ones, that is, how to use the totorial software as tools effectively
And than there are five principles of learing training
1. Experience call yourself
2. Give learners teacher training
3. Use cyehical approach
4. Use collaborative debriving
5. Teach general exploitation strategies
