Sorry diii, we were hoping that ours has been shown in the blogspot after sending it, but the proof, nothing.
Here we go, we would like to about learner training commonly called pedagogical training. First of all, we give a brief explanation of pedagogical principles which is considered bring students success, as follow:
1. School need of working with another school, remember, it must be in the same level of studies. In this case, it appears two different cultures of students work together to compare and share their attitudes and values.
2. Make forums on the web, like discussion forum, which will be subject of analysis.
3. The forums can be asynchronous discussion. However, the students can directly post and keep on target. They can explore asynchronous voice chat to give experiences or comments. It is usually conducted for mid and end of semester.
4. For this principle, it is related to organization classroom which makes class for discussion, thought exchanges, and etc. technology is not a key element in the classroom itself, where a single computer is enough.
5. Cooperative students to allow for in depth exploration. They work together in minimum of eight weeks. The instructor decides longer projects and experiments about grammar and language materials.
In order to be effective at training student, it is necessary to analyze task, software, and activity you are assigning. To make more clear explanation about pedagogical training, let us go to this website http://www.elllo.org/. Alright, like its name, ELLO provides many lessons of English listening. From all of parts of the site, we determine to focus on training materials containing GAMES. We find an example, kids Play games online, NYDJA, like audio/video that we can listen to and read the script what we listen to.
We can improve our vocabularies, even you can repeatedly listen to the unfamiliar/ difficult pronounced phrase by using the web player. And also, just find audio downloads, vocabulary, reading, speaking quizzes. When practicing the vocabulary quiz, just click vocabulary on audio downloads. That`s why you listen to the audio while filling the blanks with provided words.
This is where the teacher can lead the students to go to asynchronous discussion (going to such website) which is explained in the third principle of pedagogical training. Those are our brief explanations. We do not forget to present our apologize for coming late to give our comments. We will be happier to look at and listen to your responses. Thank you very much.

It is very good for increase our capability and to use in teaching English ,Improve your English vocabulary naturally. and etc .but I have some questions what the disadvantages and advantages from this site base on your group ???? thank you .

Well, thanks for the brief explanation about pedagogical training. You have given a clear explanation for each pedagogical principle and given follow up about how to apply it effectively. So, I think, I have no comment about that.
Mm, for the website, I have opened it and I think it’s a very good website for learning about English Listening. As an English Listening Lesson Library, it provides a lot of listening material on various topics from several country. One of the topics is about culture, like Korean wedding, Indonesian wedding, Salsa dance, etc. So, I think the website is not only improved our vocabularies and pronunciations but we can learn about Cross Cultural Understanding in it.

pedagogical is a term used to talk about a comprehensive skill in a class to create a good interaction between teacher and student. Social aspect of a student will be important to be considered as one requirement to create that good interaction...

Hemm ............ I think it's good because we can learn and we as future teachers can guide students to discussion through this website asynchronous described in principle pedagogical training, and students can be effective in training, then need to analyze the tasks or software, and activities set you. And there are two different cultures of students to work together to compare shared attitudes and values. And students can Create a discussion forum, which will be the subject of analysis. They can explore asynchronous voice chat to provide experience or comments. So, I think, I have no comment about that.

hi all, firstly I want to say good job for the 7th group. well after I read your posting, I am excited in your explanation about pedagogical training because a good interaction and interesting activities among teacher and students is one of factor to achieve students' comprehension skills. and about the web it contain good materials for enhancing listening skill, those materials is divided into several topics. thanks

What I notice from the website you mentioned is that there are some free material for English teachers to download and to use in their classrooms.
